JZ-16/800 shaft-sinking winch is mainly used for suspension hanger, water pump, air cylinder, compressed air cylinder, grouting pipe and other driving equipment and tension stabilizing rope in shaft excavation engineering of coal mine, metal mine and non-metal mine. It can also be used for other lifting objects in underground and ground. JZ-16/800 well sinking winch has the advantages of strong lifting capacity, large rope capacity and smooth operation.
Structural Composition Of JZ-16/800 Shaft Sinking Winch
The structure of JZ-16/800 shaft sinking winch is winding type. It mainly consists of main shaft device, reducer, elastic coupling with brake wheel, working brake, safety brake, frame, motor and other components. The spindle device includes: main shaft, gear, reel, brake wheel, bearing seat and bearing. The reducer is made of spherical worm gear reducer, plus one speed gear. Changing the speed control lever to slow and slow position can change two speeds. The working brake adopts tile brake, starting motor, loosening brake of electro-hydraulic actuator, and spring force braking when stopping motor. The full brake is a floating tile, and is driven by the dropping of the heavy hammer, and the electric hydraulic propeller looses the brake.
