The winch is mainly composed of the following parts: electric motor, reel device, left and right brackets, brakes and machine base.

1. Roll device

There are three main functions of the reel device: one is to wind the wire rope to pull and lower the heavy object. Second, the planetary gear reduction mechanism through the inner cavity of the drum acts as a deceleration. The third is to control the rotation or stop of the reel by the brakes installed on the reel brake disc.

2. Base: For the welded structure, the base of the winch is welded by steel.

3. Brake device

There are two identical brakes on the winch that are attached to the base by brackets. The left brake mounted on the reel on one side of the motor, controls the rotation and stop of the reel. The right brake mounted on the other side of the brake wheel acts as a clutch. It should be noted that in the working state, it is strictly forbidden to brake the left and right brakes at the same time.
